- Before styling, remember to disinfect your and your client's hands. Assess the condition of the hands and nails and check if there are any contraindications to the treatment
- Push back the cuticles using a cuticle pusher or a wooden stick and work on them with e-file bits, e.g. Cuticle 9, Cuticle 1
- Use a 100/180 grit buffer to thoroughly matt the nail plate. Remove excess dust with a soft brush
- Use a lint-free cotton swab and a purple cleaner to thoroughly dehydrate the nails and apply a properly selected primer (Acid Free Primer or Acid Primer)
- Apply a thin layer of the selected gel polish base and cure in the lamp (30 seconds in the MultiLed lamp)
- Use properly selected gel polish base, e.g. Protein Base
- If the surface needs to be filed, use a lint-free cotton swab and Cleaner Wipe Off to remove the dispersion layer thoroughly
- Use a 100/180 file or a 100/180 buffer to smoothen the surface of the base and the free edge
- Remove the excess dust with a soft brush and clean the surface with Purple Cleaner or Wipe Off
- Apply the Hey Grey! gel polish. Two coats are recommended for full coverage
- Cure each of them for 40 seconds in a MultiLed lamp
- You can finish the styling by adding, for example, a transfer foil in the selected colour
- Use properly selected top coat for a perfect finish
